I have four years' experience in education and two years' experience in government, since I founded Xing Fa in 1995, I have always taken "harmony, rationality, diligence, learning and thinking" as the direction of my efforts, and the enterprise has always taken the pursuit of sustainable development on the basis of stability as the basic keynote. In this process, we are fortunate to have the consistent care and support from governments and departments at all levels, partners in the industry, as well as sister companies to Xingfa, and at the same time, through the self-improvement of every Xingfa person, realistic behavior, conscientious work and continuous hard work and enterprising spirit, we have achieved better results. "Respect, care, and improve the working and living conditions of the staff as much as possible" has become the direction of the enterprise's persistent efforts.

Through the growth of the enterprise from small to big, Xingfa has turned from my personal work to a collective business. In the past twenty years, I have the honor to work with a large number of like-minded colleagues to respect each other, complement each other and help each other, while giving full play to everyone's strengths and specialties, relying on the collaborative force of the team at all levels and the collective strength of all Xingfa people to cooperate with each other, exchanging and arguing in the work without restraint, pooling ideas, turning the arduous business into practical and creative work, and accumulating the ordinary work into magnificent performance.

The road ahead will be long! Looking into the future, every Xingfa person and I will steadfastly do a good job in the main industry of light textile raw materials, and devote ourselves to making Xingfa an excellent and famous brand in the chemical fiber industry, meanwhile, through the platform of investment company, we will strive to do a good job in the double-wheel drive of industry and investment, promote each other, complement each other's advantages, and strive to have a stronger competitiveness and a new, bigger and broader development space in the industry, so as to finally realize the steady and sustainable development of Xingfa.
